Board Certified Physician Assistant Kebai Bills, has joined Life Change Associates, PLLC with the goal of serving the psychiatric field by following her profession passion: to erase the stigma associated with mental illness and simply help people enjoy life to its fullest. She obtained her education through the physician assistant program at Idaho State University and completed her internship rotations throughout Idaho and Washington. He attended Northwest College, Montana State University Billings, and finally received his Master’s degree in Psychology from Walden University.
