Dr. Romeo's Doctorate (PhD) and Master's of Science degrees are in Health Promotion and Education from the University of Utah. His Bachelor's of Science in Nursing is from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and his Bachelor's of Arts in Literature is from the University of Houston - Clear Lake. His nursing experience is in newborn intensive care, public health, and teratology information.
