ThinkWork is the hub for an array of resources related to employment for people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and is under the umbrella of the Institute for Community Inclusion at the University of Massachusetts, Boston. It hosts resources for individuals and families, policy administrators, and practitioners. Resource topics include supporting job seekers/employees, community rehabilitation/service providers, community life engagement, self determination and decision making, engaging families, staff training and development, state policy, and funding.
