We accept a wide variety of insurance programs including Medicare, Medicaid, and TriCare.
For patients without insurance, a payment plan can be made by calling the business office to discuss your financial situation. No one will be refused care for inability to pay.

Provides family medical care, obstetrics, well child care, and pediatrics. Average first visit $100.00 or 150.00
PRENATAL CARE: Low-income persons without Medicaid or insurance and needing OB for pregnancy & delivery should be directed to the Business Office at (367-6070). Arrangements can be made for payment plans which can be as low as $200. for the 1st visit and $250.00 a month to pay for delivery.

Health Access - Provides primary care services to low-income, uninsured people in Ada County. They provide basic, physician office-type care including ongoing prevention, early detection, and chronic condition management. They will also provide basic medically necessary x-ray and laboratory services.

To be eligible you must be uninsured (Medicaid and Medicare are considered insurance). If you miss two appointments in a six month period without advance notice, you would no longer be eligible for this program.
Applicants must provide:
Valid driver's license or proof of ID
Address verification via utility bill
Income verification
HIV/AIDS - RYAN WHITE TITLE III CLINIC - PRIMARY MEDICAL CARE(SLIDING FEE)
We offer care to HIV/AIDS patients. We also do free HIV testing. We help HIV/AIDS patients with housing etc.

WOMEN'S HEALTH CHECK contractor. Women's Health Check is a federally funded program that offers free breast and cervical cancer screenings to women who qualify. The Women's Health Check is for women who: do not have health insurance that covers mammograms or pap test, meet income guidelines, and are one of the following: Age 50-64 or; Age 30-49 and have not had a pap test in 5 years or longer, or never had a pap test or; under age 50 with symptoms suspicious of breast cancer (must have a clinician complete approval form) or; age 65 or older and is NOT eligible for Medicare, or does not have Medicare part B.
