Restored Paths is dedicated to providing superior, evidence based Substance Use Disorder Treatment to clients and their families, promote positive decision making patterns and empowering clients to successfully manage their lives and educating their minds, understanding their bodies, and feeding their spirit.

The Substance Use Disorders Program includes:
•Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment;
•Management of the SUD Provider Network;
•Training for treatment staff;
•Facility approval;
•Tobacco inspections.
SUD services are delivered through contracts with private and public agencies, with a focus on best practices and evidence-based programs. The goal of substance use disorders treatment is to help clients live their lives in recovery.

MK Place provides drug/alcohol evaluations, intensive outpatient treatment, family education, family therapy, drug court programs and residential treatment to adolescents who are seriously and harmfully involved with alcohol and drugs.

This program is administered by the Bannock Youth Foundation, a private, non-profit organization that has been providing a variety of intervention, treatment, and support services to youth and families in Bannock County since 1978.

$70 weekly, $25 daily guest dose fee for Methadone treatment. $25 for off site dosing, such as jail dosing with Methadone. Suboxone is used as an alternative to Methadone (please call for more information on Suboxone fees). Vivitrol is used for the treatment of alcohol dependence (please call for more information as it is covered by insurance and co pays will vary). Free screenings for drug or alcohol addiction with a comprehensive recommendation of treatment. Various lab testing available, please call or stop in for pricing.
