Boise Girls Academy helps up to 20 teen girls, ages 13-17, who come with a variety of at-risk behaviors. Our desire is to help teen girls learn how to make better choices and also value themselves, their families, and others.

We are a therapeutic boarding school and licensed by the State of Idaho. Additionally, we are affliated with Pacific Northwest Adult and Teen Challenge centers. We are also accredited by Teen Challenge USA. Think of us as an "early intervention" - we want to help girls NOW before they become adults who have regret over bad decisions they made for years and years.

Our school is 15 months in length. Enrollment can take place at any time of the year.

We offer an on-line and interactive curriculum through Alpha Omega Academy. Alpha Omega Academy is accredited through AdvancED. Each girl has a specialized lcurriculum which includes both electives and core classes. We have certified teachers in the classroom to answer questions and make sure students are progressing in their work. It is a priority that our students are able to continue with their education.

We also offer counseling through our licensed on-staff counselor, a therapeutic curriculum, and group sessions. Parents are involved through regular phone calls, letter writing, and Parent Weekends (1 weekend - every other month). We have scheduled physical activity through membership to a local gym, free time, and special events monthly/quarterly/yearly. We also attend church off-campus twice weekly and have chapel services here on our campus.
