Information & Support

For Professionals

Utah Parent Center (PTIC)
A nonprofit organization that provides training, information, referral, and assistance to parents of children and youth with all disabilities including physical, mental, hearing, vision, learning, behavioral, and emotional. Staff consists primarily of parents of children and youth with disabilities.

Integrated Services Program (UDHHS)
Assists families of children and youth who have special health care needs with coordinated care planning, education and resources in order for them to make informed decisions. This may include primary and special health care, behavioral health, developmental and educational programs, financial support resources and social services that meets their special needs from infancy through the transition to adulthood. A program of the Children With Special Health Care Needs, Utah Department of Health & Humans Services (Formerly UDOH).

Utah Family Voices
Local chapter of a national, grassroots clearinghouse for information and education concerning the health care of children with special health needs. Utah Family Voices helps to advocate for and assist families in navigating and accessing health care and family support services that are family-centered and culturally appropriate for all children and youth with special needs.
