Jeniel L. Jacobs has special interest in improving the long-term outcomes of premature infants. While working on her Doctorate in Nursing Practice in Neonatology at the University of Utah, Jeniel partnered with the Neonatal Follow-up Clinic to create the premature infant follow-up care module for Utah’s Medical Home Portal. In 2011, she received the Utah Nurse Practitioners Scholarship/Service Award. Currently, Jeniel works as a neonatal nurse practitioner at Primary Children’s Hospital.
