Dr. Foust is a pediatric audiologist who serves as a consultant to the National Center for Hearing Assessment and Management, National Resource Center on Early Hearing Detection and Intervention at Utah State University. He has been an integral team member in the development of up-to-date hearing screening practices demonstrated through an Innovation and Improvement Project funded by the Office of Head Start. Dr. Foust also directs several community health clinics in the Salt Lake City area and has a deep understanding of the importance of collaborations among providers of services in health and educational arenas.
In 2006, Dr. Foust received the Larry Mauldin Award for Excellence in Education from the American Academy of Audiology. He is also an author on A Resource Guide for Early Hearing Detection and Intervention, accessed thru infanthearing.org.
